The Government has today providedexplanatorymaterialson the democraticconsentprocess on Articles5-10 Windsor Framework for the benefit of Members of the Legislative Assembly. Thesematerialswould discharge the Secretary of State for Northern Irelands duties under Schedule 6A Northern Ireland Act 1998.
