The government is carrying out a review of the balance of competences between the European Union (EU) and the UK. This is an audit of what the EU does and how it affects the UK. We will lead on the report on transport in the second semester, spring-winter 2013. When we are ready to issue our call for evidence we will publish it here and it will also be announced on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.
