Couple talk about living and caring with long term conditions

Di Hopkins and Jeff Hopkins have both written blogs for the Department of Health’s new long term conditions strategy site about how their life together is affected by long term conditions.

Di talks about her experience of living with diabetes, hyperthyroidism and multiple sclerosis. Jeff discusses how their lives are affected by his health as well as Di’s conditions, and what he would like to see reflected in the long term conditions strategy.
