New opportunity to test RLR Viewer
The RLR Viewer – which enables people to view their land details on a digital map – is back online for a limited period

The Viewer provides a unique opportunity to get used to the new online maps which will be a key feature of the new Basic Payment Scheme claim process in 2015, including viewing the latest land data. The Viewer is an early version of the product, which doesn’t contain all of the features that are planned for the new CAP Land Management System.

Feedback from customers who have trialled this service has been positive, and the areas which users highlighted for improvement have helped to inform the design of the new CAP Information Service (CAPIS), which customers and agents will use to manage their accounts and submit their BPS claims in future.
