Graduate recruitment scheme wins award

The award, voted for by students, acknowledges the popularity of HMRC’s Tax Professional Development Programme, which recruits graduates to train for four years to become tax professionals.

Last year we received nearly 16,000 applications and recruited a total of 200 tax professionals. There is never a dull day at HMRC, and we think this is what attracts such large numbers of applicants each year.
