Use our new addresses for applications and correspondence
We have changed our central PO Box and DX addresses.

Customers must send applications and correspondence to our new addresses to avoid any adverse effects to the priority of their applications.

Please make sure you have updated the address details you hold for us.

See the new addresses below and the full details in the registrar’s direction: Direction given under section 100(4) of the Land Registration Act 2002 - Addresses of the proper offices from 27 May 2016.

There are some exceptions. Customers should continue to send applications for Land Charges, bankruptcy, insolvency, Agricultural Credits, or to serve legal proceedings on Land Registry, to the relevant exception address.

If we have agreed to receive a customer’s First Registrations at another specified address, the customer should continue to send First Registrations to that address.

Business customers’ new DX address:

Land Registry
(insert your customer team’s office name. If you do not have a customer team, insert the name of your closest office)
DX 321601
Gloucester 33

Business customers’ new Royal Mail address:

Land Registry
(insert your customer team’s office name. If you do not have a customer team, insert the name of your closest office)
PO Box 75
Gloucester
GL14 9BD

Citizen customers’ new address:

Land Registry Citizen Centre
PO Box 74
Gloucester
GL14 9BB

We have been scanning applications at a central address since January 2015. We now handle most work electronically, so we can easily direct it to the best place to process it and better prepare for the new digital services we are developing.

We are changing our central address because our scanning centre has moved from Coventry to Gloucestershire.

Our Business e-services offer business customers an online alternative to nearly everything they do with us by post. We recommend they send us applications online when it is important to get priority on our daylist.
