Knighthood be conferred upon Thomas Mark Horner Esquire, QC.

The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Thomas Mark Horner Esquire, QC on his appointment as a Justice of the High Court in Northern Ireland. 

Notes for Editors

Thomas Mark Horner was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1979 and took Silk in 1996.
