The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Judge Andrew James Gilbart.

The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon His Honour Judge Andrew James Gilbart, Q.C., on his appointment as a Justice of the High Court.

Notes for editors

Judge Gilbart was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple in 1972 and took Silk in 1991. He was appointed a Recorder in 1996, a Circuit Judge in 2004, a Senior Circuit Judge and Honorary Recorder of Manchester in 2008.
