Queen appoints Mr Gordon Kenneth Stephen Leckie as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Perth and Kinross.

The Queen is pleased to appoint Mr Gordon Kenneth Stephen Leckie as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Perth and Kinross to succeed Brigadier Sir Melville Jameson KCVO CBE, who retired on 17 July 2019.
