These Structural Reform Plans (SRPs) mean anyone can check that departments meet their commitments.
They are the key tool of the coalition government for ensuring that departments are accountable for the implementation of the reforms set out in the coalition agreement. They replace the old, top-down systems of targets and central micromanagement.
Below is a list of department SRPs published so far. The pdfs are a temporary measure and the data will be presented in a single location in a more open format at a later date:

The publication of these monthly reports will promote transparency and accountability across government and will allow people to check that departments are meeting their commitments.
The Structural Reform plans are published in draft until the results of the Spending Review are known. When finalised, they will become part of each department’s business plan and will be updated annually.
