New Head of Office appointed
Richard Fowler has been appointed as the Adjudicator's Office Head of Office.

Richard Fowler has been confirmed as the new Head of Office of the Adjudicator’s Office.

Richard has senior leadership experience in a number of customer focussed roles. He brings to the Adjudicator’s Office a wealth of knowledge and insight from the Home Office, HM Revenue and Customs and the private sector.

Holding a successful track record for delivering positive change, Richard has more recently led on HM Revenue and Customs key priorities and objectives and has been heavily involved in the customer journey and experience, making him an excellent fit for the Adjudicator’s Office.

Richard says:

“Listening to customers, colleagues and wider partners has never been more important. I’m delighted to be joining the Adjudicator’s Office who play such a central role in investigating complaints against HMRC and the Valuation Office Agency, and its crucial work to provide a second tier review under the Windrush Compensation Scheme. I look forward to meeting the team and working with those organisations to help them learn from insight and improve their services”.

Richard will be taking up post on 5 February 2024.
