Bulb Energy Limited entered into Energy Supply Company Administration on the 24 November 2021. Matthew James Cowlishaw, Matthew David Smith and Daniel Francis Butters of Teneo Restructuring have been appointed as joint special administrators.
Energy Supply Company Administrations are special administration regimes (SARs) for large energy supply companies. It ensures uninterrupted and safe operation of essential services in the event of a large energy supply company becoming insolvent.
