The Senior Traffic Commissioner is inviting comments on the latest proposed changes to ten of the Statutory Documents.

These documents describe how traffic commissioners apply the law and take a proportionate approach in their regulatory powers. They also give advice to operators, transport managers and drivers who are regulated by traffic commissioners.

The commissioner would like to express his thanks to the trade bodies who met with him for their assistance in creating these proposals.
