New Non-Executive Director at UKHO
Marion Leslie, Managing Director of Thomson Reuters Pricing & Reference Services has been appointed Non-Executive Director at the UKHO

Adam Singer, Chair of UKHO said “UKHO is one of the world’s most crucial businesses providing navigational charts to 70% of the world’s shipping and helping all those goods we rely on to get to us. Like all print based entities, it is going from ink to digits, and Marion brings huge experience in applying data to business, and will enhance the UKHO board’s ability to navigate this digital world.”

Prior to her current role delivering pricing and cross-asset reference data services to financial services subscribers globally, Marion has run global technology and content teams. Most recently, Marion was the Global Head of Instrument and Pricing Content, creating highly valued content for the equity, fixed income, commodities & energy, foreign exchange and money markets.

Marion said “I feel very excited about this role and the opportunity to bring fresh industry perspectives to the team. UKHO is all about providing high quality intelligent information in a market undergoing significant change. The financial markets present challenges too and they can offer some instructive contrasts.”

Marion was the Winner of the Award for Achievement at the 2014 Women in Banking and Finance Awards.
