This course is delivered by the VMD’s own inspectors, giving attendees a rare opportunity to hear first-hand what inspectors look for, how they assess compliance, and what “good” looks like in practice.

  • supplier and customer validation
  • conducting self-inspections and managing non-conformances *planning and carrying out product recalls

Who is the course for

The course is suitable for:

  • people seeking to become a WQP
  • existing WQPs who want to refresh their knowledge
  • business applying to become wholesale dealers of veterinary medicines

By the end of the course, attendees will have a greater understanding of the role of the WQP and the requirements for wholesale distribution.

Feedback from attendees

I enjoyed the real-world insights, because knowing the rules is one thing, but understanding how they play out in inspections and day-to-day operations is what really matters.

The clarity and depth of the presentations was great; everything was explained in a way that made even the VMR and GDP guidelines feel relevant and actionable.
