VMD's Pharmaceutical Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey results
The results are in from the VMD's Pharmaceutical Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey 2016.

The 2016 survey shows we have maintained and, in many areas, improved on the very high levels of customer satisfaction shown in the last survey in 2014.

218 people responded, an 88% increase on the last survey in 2014. Thank you.

  • 87% of respondents scored our overall level of service across all our activities as Good or Excellent
  • Three quarters of respondents rated us as Good or Excellent compared to the five large agencies in the EU
  • We were ranked as the best on all but one of the survey’s parameters compared to the five large agencies in the EU

But we are not complacent. We are analysing the findings and identifying areas where we need to take action to further improve our services.

A cross-section of the veterinary pharmaceutical industry including a range of different sized companies in the UK and overseas completed the survey. The wide range of evidence and views is invaluable to us in understanding our customers’ needs and expectations.

We will present the survey’s findings at our Industry Information Day on 1 July. We will publish full details of the survey and our action plan in the July edition of MAVIS.
