Queen appoints new Lord-Lieutenant for Midlothian.

The Queen is pleased to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Richard Callander LVO OBE TD as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Midlothian to succeed Sir Robert Clerk Bt. OBE who retired on 3rd April.
