Form: Invasive alien species (non-native animals and plants): permit application

Use these forms to apply for a permit to move or use species covered by the EU Invasive Alien Species Regulation.

For a permit to use listed invasive non-native animals and plants for research, ex-situ conservation, scientific or medicinal purposes, complete the application under article 35(1)(a) or (b) of the Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order 2019.

For a permit to use listed invasive non-native animals and plants for other activities (for reasons of compelling public interest including social and economic reasons), complete the application under article 35(1)(c) of the Order.

Use the combined nomenclature (CN) codes to complete box 7 of these application forms.
