These fees apply to England and Scotland. Find fees for Wales on the National Archives.

This guidance provides details on fees payable by the operator of an establishment or plant for:

an application for approval or conditional approval under Article 20 of the Official Controls Regulation
inspection site visits under Article 20 of the Official Controls Regulation

Some fees will increase on 1 July 2024.
