Each edition of the Gazette includes:
- appeals and tribunal decisions
- applications for additions to the List and to become a maintainer
- withdrawal of applications
- proposed, approved and changed names
- proposed additions and refusals
- proposals and decisions on maintainers
- proposed deletions and deletions
- amendments to previous Gazettes
Special edition
A full national list is published monthly as a special edition of the Gazette. It specifies all varieties by species, currently on the UK National Lists and includes details of maintainers and agents.
From 1 July 2023, the special edition will contain:
- the retained EU rights (tab 6)
- the details of the holders of rights (tab 9)
Archived editions
Check the National Archives for editions of the Seed Gazette from 2020 to 2022.
