- The proportion of new TB herd incidents disclosed in the slaughterhouse.
- Identification of test reactors in the source herd following a positive slaughterhouse case.
- The impact of PCR testing on slaughterhouse detection of TB cases.
- A model to explore residual variation in detection rates of TB lesions between slaughterhouses.
