This guidance provides instruction to vetting applicants on how to activate their NSVS Portal account, access, complete and submit their security questionnaire and submit an aftercare incident report.
Please note that as of December 12 2022, the Enquiry Centre service has been replaced by the new UKSV Helpdesk. Please use the contact email address uksv-helpdesk@cabinetoffice.gov.uk in place of both the former UKSV-ContactUs@mod.gov.uk address and UKSV-TechSupport-Grp@mod.gov.uk addresses, which are no longer in operation.
