Details
In April 2021, Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission began revisiting areas where we had significant concerns about SEND provision when we last inspected them. We began full SEND inspections to areas that have not yet been inspected under the new framework in June 2021.
Areas we will revisit
- London Borough of Wandsworth, 27 to 29 June 2022 (survey now closed)
- Central Bedfordshire Council, 4 to 6 July 2022 (take part in the Central Bedfordshire Council survey to give your views from midday 27 June to midday Friday 1 July 2022)
- Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, 11 to 13 July 2022 (take part in the Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council survey to give your views from midday 4 July to midday 8 July 2022)

Ofsted and CQC carry out inspections in line with the Local area special educational needs and disabilities inspection framework and Local area special educational needs and disabilities inspection handbook for inspectors.
