Centre for Defence Enterprise
Registration is open now. It closes on 5 February 2016 at 12:30pm.
The event is kindly being hosted by SynbiCITE.
Jim Pennycook, Head of Operations at CDE, will introduce CDE and give an overview of proof-of-concept research funding opportunities for innovative science and technology providers.
Technical experts from Dstl (the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory) will provide specific information about the themed competition: synthetic biology for novel materials. This competition has up to 750,000 available for fully funded phase-1 projects.
Attendees will be able to book a face-to-face meeting with CDE and Dstl subject matter experts to discuss potential proposals to the synthetic biology for novel materials themed competition once youve signed up for the main event.
There will be networking opportunities with other potential bidders, current Dstl suppliers, CDE, Dstl and military experts.
