The CNPA set out an ambitious Strategic Plan in 2020, requiring significant changes in its approach to business, projects and technology.

This Strategic Plan looks ahead to the period 2024/27 and builds on our previous work, recognises our achievements, and outlines what further work there is to do to achieve our three Strategic Goals. Key to the success of our Strategic Plan is our stakeholders, working in partnership to make the CNC resilient and enhance its efficiency and effectiveness, whilst delivering our 24/7 policing response.
