Completing the Interview Evaluation Form
After interviews have taken place, scores and outcomes are added to the system.
All scores and comments can be seen by candidates after the interview results are issued.
- Find the vacancy.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select the link for Interview 1 - scheduled status.
- Select candidate, then View.
- Select Complete Interview Evaluation and enter scores in the form - you must complete mandatory questions marked with an asterisk (*).
- Enter outcomes in the Outcome section - the postings location determines which criminal record provider is used.
- Submit
Candidate status will change to Interview 1 - Feedback Captured (Not Issued).
You can move between candidates using or . Select Back to List to view all candidates.
Uploading Interview Evaluation Forms in bulk
- From the navigation panel, select Applications then Export Recruitment Form.
- Complete the mandatory fields. For:
- Form to use as template for export, select Interview 1 - Bulk Upload Form.
- Read application data from, select Leave blank.
- How many blank rows, select your number of candidates - round up to the nearest number.
- Select Export Recruitment Form to download the form.
- Open the form and complete all relevant fields.
- Save the form.
- From your Dashboard, select Applications, then Import Recruitment Form.
- Select Choose Excel File, then select your saved form.
- Submit.
Select View Applications imported Successfully to check the results have uploaded.
Reviewing interview results
- Find the vacancy.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select the link for Interview 1 - Feedback Captured (Not Issued) status.
- Select the Customise layout dropdown, then Quick Review - Interview 1 Feedback.
Issuing interview results
- Find the vacancy.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select the link for Interview 1- Feedback Captured (Not Issued) status.
- Choose the Selected dropdown, then Select All.
- From the Status dropdown, select Progress Application.
- Confirm.
Unsuccessful candidates will be automatically emailed to inform them.
Candidates on Hold will be placed on a reserve list if one is selected for the vacancy and automatically emailed to inform them of this action. If no reserve list is required they will be placed on hold and automatically emailed to inform them of this.
Successful candidates will move to Selected for Offer status but will not be automatically emailed.
Emailing a successful candidate
You will need to manually send the Provisional offer email to successful candidates:
- Find the vacancy.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select the link for Selected for Offer status.
- Choose the Selected dropdown then Select All.
- Select the Status dropdown then Progress Application.
- Confirm
- The Provisional offer email will open.
- Select Send Correspondence.
Candidate status will change to Provisional Offer - Online.
