Online services
Companies House online services are available during public holidays.
You can file your accounts and annual return online. Youll need an authentication code, so if you have to request a code allow plenty of time, as they are sent to the company by post.

Document delivery
Only the Cardiff office is manned to receive documents. Letterbox facilities exist in London and Edinburgh, but not in Belfast. Find out how to get to our offices.
Accounts must be delivered to Companies House by their due date. Delays in transit wont be accepted as an excuse for late delivery.
Applications for certified copies
We will make best endeavours to process all applications received by our certified copies department as normal but advise customers that we cannot be held accountable for any delays in receiving applications due to the delivery of holiday post.
It will not be possible to process and issue same day certified copies or certificates on Wednesday 24 December or Wednesday 31 December, due to the Royal Mail early collection schedule.
Applications for same day incorporation and changes of name
All offices will have an earlier cut off point of 11am for same day services on 24 December and 31 December.

Travelling to the London office on New Years Eve
Due to the New Years celebrations organised by Westminster Council all roads surrounding the office including Victoria Street and Westminster Bridge will be closed from 2pm. Read further information on the New Years Eve road closures.
