Who can register
Youre eligible for theHCRSif youve had a conviction quashed (which means it has been overturned) by either the:
- the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences Act 2024
- the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences (Scotland) Act 2024
You may get a letter telling you if youre eligible from:
- the Ministry of Justice if youre in England or Wales
- the Justice Directorate in Scotland if youre in Scotland
- the Department for Justice if youre in Northern Ireland
You may get this letter before the scheme is open.
You can still register if you think youre eligible for the scheme but youve not got a letter.
