The CMA wrote to Auden Group Ltd regarding two breaches of Part 4 of the Order during 2021 to 2022. Auden Group Ltd breached the Order by failing to send out summary of borrowing statements, or notifications that summary of borrowing statements were available, within the time periods stated in the Order. A total of 166 customers were affected.
