Information about the subsidy provided by TVCA
TVCA is providing 15 million of Brownfield Housing Fund funding to Jomast Developments Limited (Jomast). The project comprises seven sites in close proximity to each other and Hartlepool town centre. Jomast are seeking to develop the sites to deliver a residential led scheme with water frontage in the centre of Hartlepool, providing a mix of family, young professional, retirement and affordable housing.
