The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) exists to make it easier and cheaper for UK public sector organisations of any type, size or location to buy goods, services or other things and save taxpayers money.

It recognises that this hasnt always been easy. We want to change that and wed like to find out what people need and want by talking to those who actually do the buying.

Were particularly interested in speaking to people who arent procurement professionals but have to buy things as part of their role. For instance, you might be a teacher who buys materials for a classroom activity, or work in the PR department of local government and buy posters or leaflets to distribute. Or maybe youre an administrator who gets asked to buy things for your boss, office or organisation. And if you dont currently use CCS, or have never even heard of them, thats even better.

By sharing your thoughts, frustrations, ideas and feedback, youll help us design and deliver a service that makes it easier and quicker for you to to buy.

Wed like to know what you do, how you purchase things at the moment, what works and what doesnt. It wont take long - just a 30 min call.
