It also provides data on the administration of statements ofSENandEHCplans, including:

• the number ofEHCplans in place in January 2024
• the number ofEHCplans made for the first time during the 2023 calendar year
• the number and percentage ofEHCplans that were issued within 20 weeks

It is based on the statutory SEN2 data collection.
