Portable flexi-job apprenticeships support apprentices in employment sectors where shorter-term or less predictable contracts are common. Weve developed them to give apprentices more control over these apprenticeships.

Apprentices who take part in portable flexi-job apprenticeships:

• undertake a series of shorter contracts
• agree contracts directly with multiple employers
• are supported by their training providers
• can pause and restart their learning where needed
• are responsible for securing their employment
