The English Hubs Programme (EHP) was established in 2018. 34 hubs were selected for their expertise in teaching early reading. Hubs work with selected schools in their surrounding area to help them provide excellent teaching in phonics and early reading.
This report outlines findings based on interviews and surveys with hubs and their partner schools. This covers how the programme was delivered and experienced and key challenges.
