This process evaluation was commissioned to understand how Skills Bootcamps are working in wave 2 of delivery. The evaluation report includes research with learners, employers and providers who were engaged with Skills Bootcamps. This included:

• analysis of management information
• implementation surveys
• qualitative interviews and focus groups

This process evaluation delivers findings about the implementation of wave 2 which are informing how the programme can be improved further. Wave 2 is the first full year of delivery for Skills Bootcamps.Wave 1 was not a full year of delivery and was delivered through mayoral combined authorities.
