This list shows level 3 qualifications that will have public funding removed from 1 August 2025 in England, in:

• the 16 to 19 study programme
• advanced learner loans (level 3 only)
• free courses for jobs
• the level 3 statutory entitlement

We are withdrawing approval from these qualifications in cycle 1 of the new funding approval process for technical and non-technical qualifications on 31 July 2025.

This list does not include qualifications where DfE was told a replacement would be submitted.
