Were calling for views on a proposed statutory instrument that will enable National Highways Limited (NHL) to continue to regulate traffic on the M20 motorway in Kent when needed.
This proposed statutory instrument will replace the current traffic regulation order which expires on 31 December 2023. It will continue to impose the same restrictions on the motorway including speed limits, vehicle width restrictions and detailed lane traffic management measures.
The geographical scope is the M20 motorway in Kent between:
- junctions 9 and 8 (London-bound)
- junctions 7 and 11 (coastbound)
This consultation is aimed at any affected stakeholder groups or individuals.
