Details

This tool assists travel concession authorities and bus operators calculate the reimbursement due from concessionary fare schemes for the elderly and disabled.

To calculate and claim bus travel reimbursement for the tax year 2024 to 2025, use the 2024 to 2025 tool with the:

The 2024 to 2025 tool was updated as part of a review of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS).

The 2023 to 2024 tool is retained for comparison purposes only. The National Archives has copies of previous concessionary bus travel reimbursement calculators.
