I am pleased to announce that, shortly following prorogation, we will publish the 2023 to 2024 business plans for the Department for Transports motoring agencies:

Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)
Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)
Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA)

This has been delayed by up to a month for data clarification.
