Overseas travel
Updates to Overseas Travel data tables, December 2021
We have been unable to update the overseas travel data tables as part of the 2021 publication of Transport Statistics Great Britain. The tables affected are TSGB0113, TSGB0114 and TSGB0115.
These tables are all drawn from Office for National Statistics International Passenger Survey (IPS) data. The IPS was suspended from March 2020 to January 2021, so suitable data is not available for this period.
We intend to update these tables in the 2022 release, as new data becomes available.

Employment in transport related occupations
The ONS has recently identified a coding error in Standard Occupational Classification 2020 across social surveys, which affects the analysis of people employed in transport related occupations, which is usually published in table TSGB0116. For this reason, we are not able to publish an updated version of this table until ONS has made the necessary revisions to its data. For more information on the issue, and plans to resolve this, please see the latest ONS update on this issue. We intend to publish an updated version of this table, with revised 2021 data and data for 2022, as part of Transport Statistics Great Britain 2023.
