Table 5.1 has been updated with new column headings to make it clearer. Table 5.4 has been amended to correct an error in the value of the vitamin B6 RNI for children, and a column has been added for infant 0 to 12 months.

'Nutritional composition table for section 5.1' and 'Nutritionally complete table for section 5.4' have been updated to include version numbers.

Amended the application form to give more space for replies to committee feedback and declare no change to nutritional profile. Amended the nutritional composition table to provide some automated data validation.

Replaced the application form for applying for a nutritional product submission and added 2 new composition spreadsheet that correspond with sections 5.1 and 5.4 of the application form.

Added updated application form.
