The Market Sustainability and Improvement Fund: local authority reporting template combines the MSIF final 2023 to 2024 report and the MSIF initial 2024 to 2025 report.

Local authorities need to complete and return the report to the Department of Health and Social Care by 11:59pm on 22 May 2024.

The 2024 to 2025 capacity plan reporting templates will be published in due course.
