The logs showFOIrequests that were either:

• fully successful - whereDVSAsupplied all the information that was asked for
• partially successful - whereDVSAcould only supply part of the information that was asked for

The logs do not showFOIrequests where:

• DVSAdid not hold any of the information that was asked for
• it would have cost too much or taken too much staff time to deal with the request
• the request was vexatious
• the request repeated a previous request from the same person
• the information that was asked for was exempt from the Freedom of Information Act
