Use this form to apply for a MSVA inspection for mopeds, motorcycles, 3 wheelers and quadricycles that have not been type-approved to European standards.
You must apply for MSVA before your motorcycle can be used on the road.
Send the form online
Download and fill in the application form.
Save the application form on your computer.
Send the application form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) using the service to apply for a motorcycle approval.
Pay the application fee by credit or debit card when DVSA asks you to arrange your test appointment, or by using a pre-funded account.
