These privacy notices explain how DVSA collects, uses and stores your personal information:

  • during activities DVSA carries out
  • when you use some DVSA online services

Most DVSA online services have a privacy notice link at the bottom of the services pages. If an online service does not yet have a privacy notice link at the bottom of its pages, it is listed on this page.

  6. Updated 'Book and manage your driving test: privacy notice' to remove information about sharing your data if you had close contact with a DVSA member of staff who tested positive for COVID-19. Added information about driving examiners wearing body-worn cameras.
