Order DL196 certificates from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) online.
Each book contains 25 certificates and costs 200. You need a credit or debit card to order them.
You can only use this service if youre an approved training body (ATB). Your user ID is ATB followed by your ATB number with no spaces.
You must create a new password if you are using this service for the first time.
Your password must be at least 9 characters long. It must include at least 3 of these 4 types of characters:
