For RMAs developingFCERMcapital projects, resources such as technical templates and forms are no longer available on GOV.UK. You can request access to business case templates by subscribing toSupporting Flood and Coast Projectscommunity of practice.

You can also:

  • find guidance on developing your project
  • access training
  • ask questions and share information with theFCERMcommunity
  • get updates on changes to guidance and processes

  1. Changed title and updated details on how to request access to business case templates.

  2. Updated to replace the current template with the new simple or supported change template type.

  3. The Environment Agency Assurance and Technical Approval section updated to include confirmation that a record of the assurance is appended to the business case.

  4. Removed the business case template and short form business case template. Replaced with one business case template that must be used regardless of project value.

  8. The business case templates for project appraisal reports have been updated. This is the new format for providing business cases in support of a flood risk capital grant claim.
