Form: Waste returns: materials facility combined waste returns spreadsheet

From October 2024, notified material facilities need to submit more detailed reporting to the Environment Agency. The combined spreadsheet sets out the form for providing this information along with:

  • waste tonnage data
  • details about the sites technically competent manager

Use this with the guidance on:

How to complete the spreadsheet

  1. Save the spreadsheet to your device.

  2. Fill it in by following the guidance on how to complete a combined waste return, attached to this page.

  3. Email your completed spreadsheet to?national-operator-returns@environment-agency.gov.uk. If your completed spreadsheet is larger than 10MB, you may need to zip (compress) it before emailing it.

Reporting under the 2016 regulations
