Before you start

• delivery address for where you want the equipment delivered
• address for where the pumps are located if youre requesting a pump service
• name, contact number and email address of the person receiving the equipment

After youve sent a request

The Environment Agency will process your order and send you a confirmation email.

When you receive the order, you must send an email to the Environment Agency to confirm receipt within 5 calendar days. Send the email to: frs.orders@environment-agency.gov.uk

• full description of the item
• brief explanation of why you need it

The Environment Agency will:

• check the suitability of the equipment
• decide on whether toprovide the equipment, and add it to the catalogue
