Details

This open general export licence (OGELs) allows, subject to certain conditions, a single export order of certain goods to a named person in 1 or more shipments, the total value of which is not more than 6,000. The shipments can be exported from the UK where the exporter is established in the UK.

This OGEL is subject to reporting requirements under the open licence returns transparency initiative.

This OGEL has been revised to address updates to the lists of controlled items in the dual-use regulations. The existing version has become the latest revoked version.
